What we collect on this site

Visit information. Pages viewed, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed. We use cookieless analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We also use Apollo, a sales tool, to identify the companies that visit our site from their network address; it may set a cookie. We don't use advertising trackers and we don't sell personal information.
Company identification. We may identify the company a visit comes from using its network address. We do not identify individuals this way.
What you tell us. Your name, work email, company, role and anything you type in a form or in the chat.

The chat assistant

The chat is an AI assistant. It tells you so when it starts. Conversations are saved so Amit Chopra or Patrick Osterkamp can follow up, and are not used to train AI models.

How we use it

To answer your request, follow up with you, and understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Content on this site describes TruZero's products for information. Capabilities are confirmed in a written agreement. Example data in the tour and sandbox is fictitious.

Customer data is isolated per customer, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessed through your own single sign-on. TruZero's SOC 2 Type II observation period is underway; we share the engagement scope and control matrix under NDA. To report a security issue, email security@truzero.ai.
