AI that does the work of closing the books.
TruZero matches, investigates and explains your reconciliations every day, across every system you run, so the close is mostly done before it starts. A person on your team approves every change.
You may already pay for a reconciliation tool. The easy matches clear. The hard ones, the items that don't tie, still go to someone in Excel, across three systems, with a note nobody reads. Next month the same item comes back and they start over.
TruZero does the work your accounting team does in Excel to close the books.
It connects to whatever systems you run and works across all of them. It runs every day, not in a month-end rush, so by the first day of close most of the work is already done.
Matches
Transactions across bank, subledgers and intercompany, on any ERP.
Investigates
What didn't match, and writes down the reason so the next one arrives with the history attached.
Settles
Intercompany between your entities, and substantiates the balances no match can prove.
Tracks
The close as it happens, with a forecast of when you'll finish.
When an adjustment is needed, TruZero drafts the journal entry. A person approves it, and it goes into your ERP's own posting process. TruZero never posts to your ledger.
Ten steps to reconcile an account. Your team does one.
Here is what a typical reconciliation takes. Today, your tool handles six steps and your team does the other four by hand, in Excel and email. With TruZero, the agents do the work and your team approves.
A typical bank or subledger reconciliation. Your steps may differ; in a 30-minute walkthrough we'll map yours.
Four things make it work.
Each one depends on the others. That's why TruZero is one platform, not a list of features.
Agentic AI
AI agents do the preparation. Your team reviews instead of rebuilding.
Continuous close
The work runs every day, so problems surface the day they happen, not on day three of close.
Explainable AI
Every decision comes with the reason in plain language. No black-box scores.
Human approval
A named person on your team approves before anything changes. Nothing posts on its own.
Who it's for
Controllers, chief accounting officers and CFOs at companies running a monthly close across multiple entities, bank accounts or currencies. If your team spends the last week of every month reconciling, it's for you.
What changes for your team
- The close starts mostly done, not from zero.
- The same exception never gets rebuilt twice.
- Your team reviews and approves instead of matching and chasing.
- The same team can handle more entities as you grow.
Start with one account.
Nothing is replaced. You see the result on your own numbers in four to eight weeks, and you decide what comes next.
Pick the account that closes last
One entity, one reconciliation, usually the one your team dreads.
Run one close side by side
TruZero works beside your current process. You compare item by item.
Decide on your numbers
Match rate, exceptions, time per item, all from your own data.
See it for yourself.
Try the hands-on demo
Run a close yourself in six minutes: clear a bank exception, settle intercompany with FX, and check what the AI matched on its own.

Does TruZero post to our ledger?
No. It prepares the work and drafts adjustments. Your team approves, and approved entries go into your ERP's own posting process, either as an import file or as an unposted journal your team posts.
Which ERPs does it work with?
All of them. Native connectors for Oracle and NetSuite; SAP, Workday and others through standard extracts. It also reads the sources your ERP doesn't own: bank files, processors, and acquired entities on another system.
We already have a reconciliation tool. Why add another?
Most teams still do the hard part in Excel even with a tool in place. TruZero does that part. Many teams start alongside their current tool and decide later.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Nothing changes until a person approves it. You can sample anything TruZero matched on its own and reverse it to an exception with a note, and that correction feeds back into how it matches.
Is our data secure?
Data is isolated per customer, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessed through your own sign-on. Our SOC 2 Type II observation period is underway; we'll share details under NDA. The Trust Center has the full picture.
How long does it take to get started?
Four to eight weeks for the first account, on your own data, beside your current close.
Built by someone who closed the books.
TruZero was founded by Amit Chopra, who spent four years in Seagate's finance organisation building the tools its team closed the books with, after twenty years in finance systems. TruZero is the product version of that problem.
Tell us about the account that closes last.
Thirty minutes. You describe the account, we show you how TruZero would handle it, and you tell us what wouldn't hold up. No data needed.
